Technical Product Marketing Manager

Material Security is looking for a dynamic Technical Product Marketing Manager with a passion for content creation to drive our Product Marketing initiatives with high quality materials across a range of formats. This role will collaborate closely with our Senior Director of Product Marketing, and the larger GTM and product teams, becoming an integral part of our organization's strategic direction and growth.

As a subject matter expert, you will be instrumental in crafting our content narrative and spreading technical materials to raise awareness, drive adoption, and ensure ongoing success. You will be a key driver for communicating complex technical concepts in an engaging and accessible manner. Your role will be pivotal in creating content that drives demand, reduces sales cycles, improves win rates, and increases customer happiness.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, develop, and manage a detailed content marketing strategy specifically tailored to our Technical Products
• Create high-quality, informative, and engaging technical content, including white papers, product guides, blog posts, and video scripts that resonate with our technical audience
• Regularly produce and update sales materials that effectively communicate product features, benefits, and competitive advantages
• Coordinate with GTM and Product teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance, fostering collaborative relationships for seamless content integration

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in a Technical Product Marketing or technical customer-facing role 
• Demonstrated experience in creating and managing technical content for Product Marketing within the SaaS space
• Strong technical background in the cloud security (or related) domain, with an in-depth understanding of the technical buyer persona and the ability to align content with their needs.
• Ability to distill complex technical information into clear, engaging, and easily understandable content for a variety of audiences
• Exceptional writing, editing, and content creation skills, with a portfolio showcasing diverse formats and styles
• Proven success in collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce cohesive and impactful technical marketing content

Compensation at Material Security is determined by a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $130,000 to $190,000. The projected salary range is just one component of Material Security's total compensation package for employees.
