OUR PAY AND BENEFITS
- $76,000 - $93,000 annually
- 7:00 am – 4:00 pm

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or another related field.
- Semiconductor industry experience required.
- Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Preferred but not required:
- Experience with CMP.
- Fluent in Japanese.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reviews production orders, plans, and schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities, and specifications of products and scheduled delivery dates to plan or develop weekly production plans to achieve on time delivery (OTD).
- Manages quality control and review for CMP SPC program alongside the Quality team.
- Drive continuous improvement events, plans, and processes which lower manufacturing costs while improving quality through effective Technical Product and process expertise.
- Assure attainment of business objectives and productions schedules while ensuring products are produced according to standards that will exceed our customers’ expectations.
- Works with customers to address quality issues and to minimize RMAs, quality incidents and excursions.
- Works through reactive or preventative analytics to mitigate risk and improve quality and value of products.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis to understand and address quality issues from a technical and customer perspective.
- Generates analyses, reports, and delivers presentations on projects, budget, cost, and customer impact.
- Lead production transfer between manufacturing sites with the Engineering team.
- Act as a support and advisor to relevant Technical Support Engineers regarding quality assurance of new and existing products.
- Manages change control and publishes customer change control documents.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to review technical problems and procedures within the departments, recommend solutions, or changes to optimize workflow efficiency and cost.
- Communicate regularly with AGC Japan team associated with assigned product line to further optimize CMP quality control processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
