Job Description

To support our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Technical Sales Enablement Specialist to help enhance the sales enablement processes, making our sales team more efficient and ensuring our success. This is a remote friendly role that will report to the Senior Manager of Training and Enablement.
Essential Functions:
- Guide communication between Rockwell Automation Enterprise Software Sales, Marketing, and Product teams and global Technical Enablement Teams.
- Help deploy compelling technical training, content/sales processes, and tools to support Rockwell Automation Enterprise Software sales forces.
- Establish repeatable enablement team processes, with defined timing, deliverables, and reporting to drive accountability and measure and correlate impact.
- Support product launches by preparing and allowing the technical sales force to understand and demonstrate our solutions, including creation of Job Aids, coordination and scheduling of presentations and presenters, and other launch materials.
- Responsible for all aspects of technical sales onboarding programs, per solution consultant role, managing, enhancing, and curating training content, scheduling and coordination, and project management the creation and deployment of technical enablement program and strategizes, creating coaching activities, and instructor-led technical sales training.
- Responsible for tracking and analysis or technical enablement programs and content usage through established tools, including gathering feedback from the sales team to constantly improve support programs.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk Software and knowledge of Technical Sales technologies, processes, and best practices.
- 3+ Years of experience in Technical Sales efforts in Enterprise software environments.
- 1+ Years of experience leading Technical Sales Enablement efforts in Enterprise software environments.
- Experience in curriculum development, training, and delivery experience with Salesforce, Groove, Seismic, Microsoft 365, and Camtasia
- Knowledge of sales training best practices, analysis, instructional design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation.
- Experience with in-person and virtual training facilitation, adult learning best practices, and informal learning.
- Ability to advise or provide guidance on complex matters to non-specialists.
- Experience collaborating and generating a spirit of cooperation while coordinating diverse activities and groups within a team environment.
- Experience with Force Management value-based selling methodology (Command of Message/Command of Sale) a large plus.
- Experience with MEDDICC methodology a large plus.
