Technical Lead - Generative Ai (Data Science, Solutions Architecture, And Implementation)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the Technical Lead for Generative AI, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our team of skilled data scientists, architects, and Implementation experts. You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and Implementation of state-of-the-art generative AI solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Data Science, strong architectural skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex AI projects.

1. Leadership and Team Management:

• • Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and architects.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

2. Generative AI Strategy and Planning:

• • Collaborate with stakeholders to define the generative AI strategy and roadmap.
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance our AI capabilities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in generative AI.

3. Data Science Expertise:

• • Oversee the development of robust and generative AI applications.
  • Ensure the application of best practices in machine learning and Data Science.

4. Solutions Architecture:

• • Design end-to-end architecture for generative AI solutions, considering scalability, security, and performance.
  • Collaborate with the architecture team to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems.
  • Provide Technical Leadership in the selection of appropriate technologies for AI implementation.

5. Implementation and Deployment:

• • Lead the implementation of generative AI and NLP models/applications into production environments.
  • Ensure the seamless integration of AI solutions with existing systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize deployment processes.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years of experience in algorithmic product development
• Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams.
• Strong background in Data Science, machine learning, and generative AI.
• Expertise in Solutions Architecture with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Hands-on experience in implementing and deploying AI solutions in real-world scenarios.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

EDUCATION:

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
