WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Works autonomously to program and troubleshoot.
- Collaborates well with technical teams and customers.
- Delivers high quality solutions.
- Interface with and train customer on installed equipment / systems.
- Maintain communications with customers and technical teams to resolve customer issues
- Master trainer and mentor to others within the team and to customer.
- Leads the programming and successful set up of installed systems and platforms.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:
- Minimum five years, an average of 10 years of experience with the installation and service of enterprise-level physical security systems and platforms (Access Controls, CCTV, Intrusion / Burglar, etc.)
- 7+ years of experience Proficiency in programming across multiple platforms and systems.
- Expert knowledge of access control, CCTV, and other security systems.
- Expert in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Can resolve advanced level system issues.
- Mentors and develops others within the technical team.
- Serves as master trainer and SME.
- Responsible for network documentation.
