Join Our Innovative Team as a Controls Technical Engineer

We are looking for a Controls Technical Engineer to join our dynamic team, where you'll have the opportunity to work cross-functionally on a variety of assignments that aim to enhance our company's competitiveness.
In this role, you will support investigations and opportunities, improving throughput, and reducing operational costs. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert in controls engineering, providing key insights and recommendations to drive our organization forward. You will assist creating project proposals, conduct feasibility experiments, and serve as a technical liaison between departments, eensuring that functional specifications and Gallo Standards are met and operational challenges are addressed with effective solutions.
Your responsibilities will also include preparing and presenting ideas to department leaders, participating in department and cross-functional planning sessions, and recommending technology improvements. You will lead or support cross-functional teams in developing new products or processes, implementing Lean Six Sigma principles to drive continuous improvement.

What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering plus 6 years of Engineering experience, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. which may include Gallo TMDP or OMDP experience; OR
- Bachelor of Science Degree plus 8 years of Engineering experience, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR
- Master’s Degree in Engineering plus 4 years of Engineering experience, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility, which may include Gallo TMDP or OMDP experience; OR
- PhD of Engineering and 2 years of Engineering experience; OR
- High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 10 years of Engineering experience, reflecting increasing levels of experience.
- Understands Basic Engineering and can follow standard work to achieve goals.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
- Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
Compensation:
- Hiring Salary Range Posted: $107,800.00 - $161,800.00 / year
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
