Technical Customer Service/Order Processing Representative

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused person to join our team. You will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. We will train for any technical aspects of this position.

Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Verify order information, including product details, pricing, and shipping addresses
- Communicate with customers to confirm order details and provide updates on order status
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally

- Clerical functions include credit card processing, filing, invoicing and expediting purchase orders

Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Previous experience in customer service or order processing is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
- Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills

Pay: $20.55 - $23.00 per hour
