Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned and adaptable Technical Business Analyst to enhance our information technology systems. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing software programs, data processing systems, and providing analytical support to elevate our business operations. Your responsibilities may also extend to providing training to ensure seamless adoption of new technologies.

To excel in this position, you must showcase a blend of experience and creativity in system development and application design, harmonizing IT proficiency with a profound understanding of business dynamics.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and be a key contributor to our development efforts for our HCP & Consumer based analytical and targeting applications.
•  Knowledge of an SDLC development environment and Agile Methodologies
• Refine business requirements and translate them into User Stories.
• Collaborate with DEV and QA teams.
• Integrate new systems with business operations.
• Support analytics team data needs.
• Ensure end-user proficiency with new systems.
• Monitor product licenses and ensure compliance.
• Promote system efficiency and security.
• Implement advancements in system architecture.
• Assist in UAT as necessary.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in system development and analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Proficient in SQL and system integration solutions.
• Familiarity with data architecture concepts.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of licensing and industry compliance regulations.
• Experience in SDLC and Agile Methodologies.
