St. Mary's Medical Center is seeking a full time Tech Support Specialist for our Information Technology - Help Desk Department. The Tech Support Specialist, under the supervision of the Information Technology Coordinator and guidance of the Lead Systems Operator or authorized designee(s), the Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for operating and maintaining all information systems utilized by St. Mary’s Medical Center, with the exception of those operating in direct patient care environments; i.e. monitoring, diagnostic, and/or treatment information systems. The Support Specialist will be responsible for maintaining proper documentation and performing the procedures necessary for efficient and effective information systems operation.
Requirements
EDUCATION:
High school graduate.
EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of two years information technology experience preferred.
SKILLS:
Good written and oral communication skills and must be proficient in educating and instructing others.
