Job Summary
This is a full-time, hourly, position that includes weekends and nights on UCHealth's IT Service Desk team in Aurora, Colorado. This is a work-from-home position but you must reside in Colorado. Provides first and second level support to internal customers regarding application, hardware and service/network requests

• Be the first to respond to any customer request or need.
• Support other members of the work team in meeting customer needs.
• Be accountable for the technical and behavioral competencies of the job.
• To provide technical support, advice, and assistance with technical, hardware, and software system problems.

High School graduate or equivalent required. Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience

• Working knowledge of PCs, printers, and peripheral equipment required.
• Strong analytical, customer service and problem solving skills required.
• If the job requires driving for Parkview, the employee must have a current Colorado driver's license, may need to be 21, and may need to submit proof of insurance coverage.
