The primary responsibility for this role is to work with a team to receive finished product from the sales force, ship finished product for surgeries and restocks to Sales force, stock warehouse shelves, and pull and ship labs and trade shows.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound shipments.
- Process outbound restocks and orders for products for surgeries.
- Help with labs and trade show shipments.
- Manage the literature room.
- Stock shelves in warehouse.
- Practice FIFO. Product has expiration dates.
- Unload inbound trucks.
- Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1 year warehouse or medical device experience.
- The ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time, with frequent interruptions
- Requires several hours per day of sitting, getting up and down from chairs, and reaching, or bending
- Ability to carry loads related to travel and occasionally lifts, carries, positions, or moves objects weighing up to 70 pounds
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and desktop computers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Good customer service skills
- Proficiency with basic PC software and CONMED systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
- Ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Adherence to and promotion of all safety and DOT policies and regulations
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be able to relate to other people beyond giving and receiving instructions: they must get along with co-workers without exhibiting behavioral extremes; perform work activities requiring reasoning, negotiating, instructing, persuading, or speaking with others; and respond appropriately to criticism from a supervisor.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
