Primarily responsible for supporting assigned Customer Service Representatives and providing effective customer service by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company communications, products, and order management systems. Follows and supports team members with guidelines and expectations to meet Customer Experience objectives. Interfaces with customers to process orders, handle inquiries, and assists other departments. Ensures product delivery and customer satisfaction, in a timely manner.
