THE POSITION: Team Success - Account Manager (Remote)
This is a remote position within the Team Success team, which is responsible for working with our team customers to make sure they have the best experience and ROI using RealScout. The department’s goals are to onboard new Team accounts effectively, drive user adoption, and increase product usage throughout the partnership term, resulting in RealScout retaining as many accounts and as much revenue as possible.
This position is full-time, salaried (exempt), and fully remote. You must reside in the continental United States, and must be able to work full-time from home. You will be reporting to the Senior Director of Team Success.
To start, the primary responsibilities of the Account Manager will be to:
- Drive account renewal and upgrade conversations
- Run periodic business review calls
- Analyze product usage metrics and produce Team Performance reports
- Implement strategic plans to increase adoption and usage of the RealScout product
- Gather our customers’ feedback, problems, and questions and develop the right solutions
- Advocate for our customers throughout the company
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The skills required to succeed in this role include:
- Account management experience in the software industry is a must, preferably working with small-to-medium-businesses or enterprise customers.
- Strong preference for candidates with a working knowledge of the residential real estate brokerage or team industry
- Ability to hit adoption, retention, customer satisfaction goals
- Quickly learn how technical products work and be able to explain them
- Experience with project or process management a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in the software listed below or similar:
- Project Management software such as Asana to coordinate with the team, and organize to-dos
- Excel, Google Sheets or AirTable to pull and analyze metrics
- Electronic signature software such as DocuSign for executing agreements
- Google Apps/Slack/Zoom/Zendesk for day-to-day operations
