Experience: Retail Sales: 2 years (Preferred)

Job Description:

We’re looking for a vibrant Team Member who thrives in a fun and fast-paced environment. Your role will be pivotal in providing top-notch guest service and enhancing our guests’ experience with your knowledge and passion for our products.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and acknowledge every guest upon entry.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
• Participate in tastings to curate our wine and spirits selection.
• Maintain a presentable retail space and organized storage areas.
• Manage transactions at the cash register.
• Accurately stock and organize inventory with efficiency.

Requirements:

• A friendly and outgoing personality.
• A keen desire to learn and a passion for making people happy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available to work weekdays, and weekends as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $16.00 - $500 per hour (commensurate with experience)
