About Transtorres, Inc

We provide transportation and logistics solutions through a variety of modes including over the road trucking, LTL, intermodal, cross border, and more. Summary

You do not need to have experience in logistics and transportation, just the willingness to learn and be coachable. This important position reports to the Agency Managing Director and works together with other team members to support customers and accounts. Day to day operations are done in the office for the duration of shift at our office in Fontana CA, communicating with your team, with capacity/drivers, and with our customers. All job duties are performed at your workstation using a company computer, desk phone, etc. This position is to provide support to our existing team.

Responsibilities

• Input and add load information to our Transportation Management System
• Update shipment status in our Transportation Management System along update our customers on status as needed
• Provide professional handling of phone calls with our drivers, capacity, and customers
• Enter and post available loads and shipments to our load boards/Transportation Management System
• Communicate with drivers via email
• Receive, manage, and distribute the load orders/tenders from customers or other team members
• Request and collect Proof Of Deliveries and upload to our Transportation Management System
• Dispatch drivers and capacity on our loads
• Assist with any and all administrative tasks as needed
• Possess ability to get along with co workers and team
• Show up to work on time, ready to work and learn, and grow
• Other duties as assigned

• $19.00-20.00 starting range
