Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Team Member. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. Duties:
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
- Take customer orders and accurately input them into the system
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and guidelines
- Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times
- Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to customers
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with Team Members to ensure smooth workflow and timely service
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation is a plus
- Familiarity with food service regulations and food safety practices
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
