Position: Team Member (Bubble Tea Barista)

Location: Danbury Fair Mall, Danbury, CT

Description: Chomp Chomp, a quick fast-casual restaurant specializing in delicious burgers and pastrami sandwiches, is currently seeking energetic and skilled individuals to join our team as Team Members at Danbury Fair Mall. We are specifically looking for candidates with experience working as griddle cooks, Bubble Tea baristas, and cashiers to contribute to our diverse menu offerings and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook burgers, pastrami sandwiches, and other menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Operate griddles and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Prepare and serve Bubble Tea beverages with precision and attention to detail.
Assist with cashier duties, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
Assist with cleaning and maintaining kitchen and dining areas to ensure a clean and organized environment.
Provide friendly and attentive customer service to ensure a positive dining experience for guests.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times to maintain a safe and hygienic workspace.

Requirements:

Prior experience working with Bubble Tea and as a cashier NEEDED
Prior experience working with griddles preferred
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
