Job Title: State Farm Agent Team Member

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a State Farm Agent Team Member. As a part of our team, you will play a vital role in assisting our Agent in delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, gain valuable industry experience, and contribute to the growth and success of our agency.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Agent in providing excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and requests.
• Collaborate with the Agent to identify and assess client needs, and provide appropriate insurance and financial products to meet those needs.
• Assist in generating new business leads through various marketing and prospecting activities.
• Provide administrative support, including processing policy changes, billing inquiries, and policy renewals.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay updated on industry trends, products, and services.
• Collaborate effectively with other Team Members to ensure seamless operations and a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain necessary insurance licenses (if not already licensed).
• Knowledge of insurance and financial products is a plus, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
