Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food, and addressing customer inquiries
- Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established quality standards and portion sizes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, kitchen, and food preparation areas
- Follow proper food safety procedures to ensure the safety of customers and staff
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase sales
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure timely service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to follow proper sanitation practices
- Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating order totals
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience for customers
