Beard Papa's, the bakery of the world's best cream puff, is coming to Concord, CA! The company began in Japan in 1999 and have expanded to over 400 stores in 15 countries and territories. We are committed to bringing you a pastry that is super Oishii! (delicious!). We are looking for fun and passionate Team Members to join our vibrant team. We are located on 2151 Salvio St. Ste F. Our ideal candidate is motivated, reliable, and hard-working. Growth opportunity to move up in management is available.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers entering and leaving the store
• Explain products to the customers.
• Accurately take orders and process all cash and credit payments
• Maintain a safe, clean and tidy store environment
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Baking and preparing products.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and should have a sense of urgency specially when the store is busy
• Adhere to Beard Papa's appearance and uniform standards
• Follow all policies, procedures, health codes & safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience as a cashier or in customer service
• Basic mathematical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Willing to be trained and performed different duties in the store

Schedule: (Closing Shift)

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
• Holidays ( Store is closed on New Year, Christmas, Easter and Thanksgiving)

Job Type: Full-time/ Part-time

Pay: $14 to $15 per hour
