- About Us -

EverSpring Modern Chinese is a fast-casual Chinese eatery based in Tustin, CA. It is the brainchild of a large and well-known restaurant group named Lao-Chang who has opened hundreds of restaurants in China since 1996, serving the highest quality and extremely tasty dishes to millions of customers each year. We first extended our presence to the US in Las Vegas (China Mama Restaurant) and have been well received by Vegas foodies even through the Pandemic. Now we are ready to introduce SoCal customer to our delicious cuisine and we aim to develop EverSpring into a new modern Chinese restaurant chain. This means tremendous growth and professional development opportunities to all employees joining us now. - Positions Overview -

Dishwasher - Your duty is extremely important here as the flow of the entire restaurant is depending on how quickly (and SAFELY) you can put clean and sanitized tools into the hands of our cooks', food preps', and servers' hands, so they have what they need to bring the most satisfactory experience to our beloved customers. So yeah, no pressure!
Food Prep - Simply put, without you we won't have what we need to do what we do. Imagine putting an entire branch of broccoli in the wok, or putting a 5lb frozen piece of meat into the fryer. Yeah... not a good idea. Simply put again, we really need you!
Server - People won't remember what you said or did, but they WILL remember how you made them feel. Which is why as a Server in EverSpring, you have to be able to emit lots of warmth, welcoming vibe, a sweet aura, and a dash of charm, through your megawatt smile when you serve our beloved eaters. That's really it. Oh! Don't forget to get their orders right and pass the correct stuff to the cooks... AND the customers... that's important too!
Cook - Need us to say more? Keep them good stuff coming so our customers can leave our restaurant and cannot wait to come back again for that delicious food you made for them! And of course, do it safely, orderly, and in a timely fashion! We will teach you how it is done in practice, certainly, but it's the heart you put into the flame and iron that makes the ultimate difference. And rest assured that the rest of us will all stand behind you (literally!)

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
