U.S. Pizza of Cabot is a locally owned dine-in restaurant. A Pizza Maker's primary responsibility is to coordinate with other cooks and kitchen staff to get food orders out to guests in an efficient and timely manner.
Job Duties
- The Pizza Maker is responsible for creating a pizza, in the correct size, with the correct ingredients and within the training policies of the company.
- In addition the Pizza Cook is responsible for MAKING the pizzas, they are also responsible for ensuring all prep is completed before each shift so that all ingredients are fresh and available for their shift.
- This includes labeling prepared ingredients and receiving food orders and prep as well as temperature line checks.
- Set up work station with proper tools, equipment, and supplies according to kitchen standards
- Maintain proper storage of all products as specified by health and sanitation codes
