*** Job Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us at Little Rock's newest ice creamery - Scoops! Our ice cream is homemade daily, so you will learn how to make ice cream, cones, and cookies daily. As a Team Member, you will also play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This position requires knowledge of POS systems, minor culinary skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Weekly pay. Start immediately.

*** Shifts Needed:

Morning: 5:30am - 2pm

Evening: 2pm - 9:30/10:30pm (week/weekly)

*** Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly attitude
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system
- Prepare food items, coffee, and ice cream selections
- Assist with food preparation, including making ice cream and baking cookies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
- Clear tables, clean dishes, and assist with bussing duties as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with Team Members to ensure smooth operations and timely service

*** Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
