We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. ```Duties```
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and customer service
- Ensure that all food production and kitchen operations are running smoothly
- Train and develop staff members to provide high-quality service to our customers
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving overall restaurant performance
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food industry practices and regulations
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software
- Knowledge of food production techniques and kitchen operations
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
