SalaryToastique is a boutique gourmet toast and juice bar offering a fresh, chic, rustic experience that perfectly transitions from early on-the-go breakfast to corporate lunch to post sweat session fuel up. Toastique offers fresh, seasonal, and responsibly sourced products and a feel-good atmosphere all day long. We are opening our micro cafe with a limited menu in Mega Pickleball to offer members a fresh meal or drink after or before they hit the courts. We plan on opening our brick-and-mortar Toastique location in Wayzata, MN in early summer to bring more health and wellness to that community. There will be expedited growth right off the bat to grow and develop with our team in both locations!
Team Members serve a vital role at Toastique. As front-line employees, their initial interaction with our customers sets the mood and tone of the Toastique experience. They are responsible for greeting our customers with a friendly smile, putting together all orders, and creating toasts, smoothies, and bowls that our customers will enjoy. Team Members are responsible for keeping customers moving quickly through the line and pickup station by effectively taking orders, ringing up transactions, checking online orders and prioritizing tickets for optimal ticket time.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Starting at $14.00/hr+

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Taking orders on the POS and double checking the customers’ orders by repeating the order and asking for a name and if it’s dine-in or to-go
- Properly making smoothies, bowls and toast according to the tickets maintaining consistency, speed and presentation
- Answering the store’s phone and directing inquires to shift leads or manager
- Cleaning smoothie and toast stations, FOH tables & bathrooms
- Restocking all disposable ware, cups and merchandiser items when needed
- Taking directions from shift lead or manager to ensure all prep is done correctly
- Helping with BOH duties such as dishes, sweep and mop, trash, putting away deliveries and etc.
- Working together as a team to achieve highest result of customer satisfaction
