Deliver excellent customer service through assisting customers at the point of sale, go-kart and laser tag attractions, cafe, and party hosting. Full restaurant, bar, and bowling alley coming soon!
Team member responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Customer Service: Greet customers entering and leaving facility, sell play cards and tickets, accurately process all cash and credit payments, help customers redeem prizes, accurately answer customer questions in facility and on phone, book and check in birthday parties.
Go Kart attendants: Scan play cards, instruct customers regarding rules and safety, seat customers and ensure safety during ride.
Laser tag attendants: Scan play cards, instruct customers regarding rules and safety, organize and oversee game play.
Cafe: Greet customers and take food orders, operate cash register, accurately process all cash and credit payments, clean and stock work area, assist with a variety of kitchen-related functions (prepping and counter service), receive inventory, move and lift food and beverage products and supplies, ensure proper food handling procedures are followed including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing. rotating and checking temperature of products.
Party hosts: lead and facilitate birthday parties, ensure food orders delivered on time, serve food and cake to participants, clean up and setup for parties, explain and demonstrate game cards, games and activities to party participants.
Qualifications:
Basic mathematical skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Ability to multi-task
We have flexible hours but do require weekend availability.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Salary
$12 - $13 per hour
