Our Team Members must excel in customer service, always focusing on upselling and providing a great experience at Burrata House.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Always welcome guests in a cheerful manner.
• Demonstrate full knowledge of menu items and be able to answer guests' questions about them accurately.
• Correct use of the POS to take orders and collect digital payments (NO CASH).
• Take, prepare and bag orders as required (online, by phone, and in-person).
• Must be able to work efficiently and multitask.
• Prepare food items as per the recipe, delivering quality, accuracy and consistency in all orders.
• Monitor food and packaging inventory levels, to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the day and communicate with the manager in a timely manner for anything that will be needed.
• Adhere to proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards in order to keep work and service areas clean and tidy all the time.
• Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards using the Burrata House dress code, as well as the provided uniform kit.
• Perform daily duties as assigned by shift.
• Being dependable with regards to scheduled shifts and punctual at all times.

• PUNCTUALITY IS VERY IMPORTANT to us, are you able to ARRIVE ON TIME at our location in the Annex at the Collection?
• Are you able to work at least 2 Day Shifts (10 am - 4 pm) and 2 Night Shifts (4 pm - 10 pm) shifts AND during Weekends?
• You must be flexible to take your 10 min break during your shift, while not busy with customers or after your shift. Do you accept?
