- Responsibilities include roadmap, services reliability/efficiency, and management of the customer digital experience while navigating and researching Honda products 30 · Responsible for all projects and enhancements of the customer journey (budget, timeline, staffing, QA, delivery..etc)

- 10 year or more years of experience supporting ecommerce and customer facing websites
- 10 year or more years of experience managing and delivering projects and products
- Managing team(s) of 5 or more resources that includes (Developers/ Quality Assurance/ Business Administrators)
- Project management skills including the ability to plan and prioritize, and set and manage expectations § Excellent analytical skills and the ability to leverage Data and insights to inform decision making
- Strong communication skills to articulate the roadmap, business priorities and the rationale behind decisions to all levels of the organization
- High attention to detail including proven ability to document requirements and to manage multiple, competing for priorities simultaneously
- Willingness to do whatever it takes to help the team to achieve its goals
- Own and manage all aspects of website development including conception, development, testing, launch and post launch management
- Partner with internal teams such as Marketing, Customer Support and Operations to understand and define business requirements
- Translate business requirements into product requirement documents
- Own website development roadmap, working with the executive team to prioritize new features
- Manage the relationship with our external and internal development teams
- Research, review, recommend and implement new technology solutions to optimize website front-end and back-end performance
- Measure efficacy of new features and functionality
- Experience delivering Customer Facing Enterprise Digital programs involving numerous external vendors and internal teams is a plus.
- Automotive industry background, business acumen & understanding of OEM- Dealer eco-system is a plus
- Scaled Agile (SAFe) practitioner with experience in enterprise agile transformations is a plus.
