- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff during assigned shifts

- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure quality standards are met
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving restaurant performance
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant industry

- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Familiarity with banquet operations is desirable
