Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent competency in computer science or a related field
- 3 years of experience or equivalent in a Technology Support role
- 2 years of experience or equivalent in direct client service or customer support
- Experience training or mentoring
- Experience with current Windows, macOS, hardware, and enterprise email and communication tools
- Ability to meet commitments with shifting timelines, staffing and dependencies
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of basic computer hardware
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of people leadership practices, such as performance management
- Experience with financial institutions, the mortgage industry or fintech industry
Job Summary
As a Team Leader, Technology Support, you'll lead a team of specialists that support the software and general technology experience at all levels of the enterprise. You'll work with senior leadership to create a technology budget that meets business needs and foster the implementation and adoption of Technology Support best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead and guide team performance, production and execution of day-to-day tasks
- Establish relationships with business leaders to maintain service-level agreements and increase client satisfaction
- Develop short-, mid-, and long-term key results with the team to achieve team objectives
- Recognize trends affecting team goals and support team decisions on short- and long-term resolutions, removing roadblocks when necessary
- Coordinate internal support of technology in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Ensure a team of support technicians are maintaining competence in areas related to support by planning and overseeing training as needed along with follow-up and coaching
- Promote the culture and mission of the company
