The purpose of this job is to provide day to day clinical guidance to the physical therapy staff.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES(*Essential Functions)
- Assists manager in employee orientation and development.
- Designs and executes treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Distributes day to day work assignments.
- Documents timely and accurately.
- Educates patients and families.
- Evaluates patients' function.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS(Minimum Requirements)
- Lead clinician in any clinically related performance improvement projects or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Proficient in oral and written communication.
- Demonstrates very good interpersonal skills.
- Possesses skills to work with patients of all ages.
- Very good teamwork skills.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
EDUCATION
- Bachelors Physical Therapy Required
- Lead clinician in any clinically related performance improvement projects
- 6 Healthcare/Medical - Physical Therapist Required
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- Certified Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation
