Our client, a state-owned IT system house, is looking for a full-time Team Leader (m/f/d) for payroll in Berlin-Kreuzberg and is hiring through
staffing services:
Your tasks as a Team Leader (m/f/d) or HR manager (m/f/d) in human resources:

• Disciplinary and professional management of the payroll team
• Contact person for executives and employees for wage and taxrelated questions
• Support for a defined group of employees
• Responsibility for monthly payroll (nationwide and across companies)
• Processing of new hires and departures, company pension schemes, debt management, time accounts, etc.
• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
• Determination and evaluation of provisions
• Participation in HR and group reporting
• Support during tax audits
• General office tasks

Your profile:

• Successfully completed commercial training as a
  certified personnel specialist (m/f/d),
  HR manager (m/f/d),
  payroll specialist (m/f/d),
  personnel officer (m/f/d),
  HR generalist (m/f/d) or a degree in
  human resource management,
  personnel management,
  HR or a similar background
