Summary: The Team Leader Custom Graphics and Scheduling is responsible for management of resources and activities for the Custom Ball Graphics and Production Scheduling Operations. Responsibilities include management, training, and configuration of the primary software applications (Graphics Repository, Scheduling, and ERP Custom Ball Configuration).
Responsibilities:
- Monitor day-to-day activities, remove bottlenecks, redeploy resources, and troubleshoot issues. Ensure the teams have the tools and processes needed for streamlined and accurate follow through of daily tasks.
- Build, lead, and coach the Custom Ball Graphics and Production Scheduling Teams. Manage resources and coordinate activities for timely and effective execution through seasonal demand. Provide training and performance management to ensure the teams skills are up to date and in line with business needs. Set departmental goals and track progress.
- Drive continuous improvement. Work collaboratively with Customer Service, Production, and Engineering to identify areas of opportunity. Use root cause analysis to develop and implement corrective measures. Maintain best-class service and support for customers and stakeholders.
- Provide user-level application support. Be the Subject Matter Expert for the settings and configuration of the Graphics, Scheduling, and ERP Configuration applications for Custom Ball operations worldwide.
- Function as an individual graphics or scheduling contributor as needed, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- AS degree with a minimum of 2 years of Manufacturing, Graphics, or Scheduling experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in in a technical or manufacturing discipline strongly preferred.
- Minimum 2 of years of production or scheduling leadership in a high changeover / moderate volume manufacturing operation is required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with graphics, scheduling or ERP software is required.
- Must be computer proficient, knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Excel, and an understanding of fundamental manufacturing transactions
