Schedule:Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm
The HOET Team Leader will provide leadership, supervision, and oversight of all clinical, financial, and administrative functions of a Homeless Outreach and Engagement Team (HOET). The HOET Team Leader will coordinate and provide outreach, screening, engagement, assessment, service action planning, referrals, service coordination, and community linkages to adults with significant histories of homelessness, psychiatric conditions and / or substance misuse.
The HOET Team Leader will also:
- Work together with staff and clients, foster services focused on mutual respect, support, caring and collaboration; where safety, health, and learning are paramount and attaining permanent housing is the goal.
- Provide consultation and training to clients, staff, and the community at large.
- Support program services that are low-demand, address immediate needs, reduce barriers to care, and link people with housing and needed services.
- Ensure adherence to all requirements and regulations as set forth by the Department of Mental Health including quality, documentation and reporting standards.
- Provide consistent staff supervision and training.
- Perform other related duties, as required.
