TEAM LEADER
TRAINING DEVELOPMENT:
- Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing employees
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist a team of employees and provide guidance and support
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Set goals and targets for the team and monitor progress
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members
- Conduct employee orientation and onboarding processes
- Manage employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Assist customers with their inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Drive retail sales by promoting products and upselling
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS:
- An interest in a hospitality, restaurant, or a retail environment that entails a ton of social interaction and fun
- Previous experience in a leadership role recommended
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and resolve conflicts
- Knowledge of shift management and scheduling
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques and strategies
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
