We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking professional to join us as the Team Lead of Up-Market SDR. In this crucial role, you will shape the outbound lead acquisition strategy for our outbound funnel, TOF Webo Upmarket, defining the trajectory of our growth and market reach.

What will you do:
- Take ownership of the outbound lead acquisition strategy for our TOF Webo Upmarket funnel
- Help lead a highly effective outbound team, driving them to generate net new leads for accessiBe.
- Create a comprehensive program designed to attract up-market clients to accessiBe, ensuring a strategic approach to client acquisition.
- Develop a strategic plan to build a unique and engaging experience for potential customers.
- Define how to capture attention effectively.
- Design compelling content strategies.
- Test innovative Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
- Oversee the management of leads and systems related to the acquisition of leads

Requirements:
- 2 - 5 years of experience, ideally with at least 2 years of team management experience
- Sales experience: Experience as an SDR
- Proven experience in SaaS companies.
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Campaigns.
- Familiarity with systems such as 6sense and Demand Base.
- Demonstrated ability to find effective solutions in challenging situations.
- Innovative and able to think outside the box to drive strategic initiatives.
- Comfortable making bold decisions and taking calculated risks.
- Possesses a structured and systematic approach to tasks and processes
