Major Responsibilities:
***We need someone to take on the role of Clinic Team Lead completing ADMIN hours only (Max 3-5 hours every two weeks). We are receiving many referrals at this current time, so once our other therapists caseloads are full then we will begin filling this individuals caseload to full time. This should happen in a short time period!
The job duties are explained below:
1) Supervise and manage our growing team of therapists - (3-5 hours a week)
- Manage staff performance, including implementing Performance Coaching,
- Performance Improvement Plans, and termination process as needed
- Lead team meetings every two weeks for team camaraderie and collaboration on client cases
- Supervise partially licensed therapists with weekly 1 on 1s and/or other required meetings
- Ensure the clinic office is ready for client visits
- Check in kiosk working properly
- Supplies and coffee maker supplies stocked
- Office clean and ready for clients
- Assist with hiring of new staff members where needed
2) Manage a full caseload of clients
- Meets with clients to assess their needs, provides complete diagnosis, and in collaboration with clients, determines manageable problem focus and treatment priorities. Clients may include: children, adolescents, families, adults, and elders.
- Presents timely treatment plans to electronic medical records software.
- Interacts effectively with each client. Works with clients and, when appropriate, their support systems to produce behavioral, cognitive, and/or emotional changes that meet treatment goals. Evaluates client progress and revises treatment plans as needed.
- Works collaboratively with payers, referrers, primary care physicians, and community agencies in providing effective treatment to clients
- Completes all necessary documentation within required time parameters for each client. For example: assessments and treatment plans, insurance authorizations, problem-oriented progress notes, and treatment summaries
3) Manage all new referrals - This is a critical part of the role.
- Ensure all referrals are passed to respective therapist and contacted ASAP
- Help team manage their referrals
- Train staff where needed to help improve and maintain high referral scheduling rate
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in social work, Mental Health counseling, clinical psychology, marriage and family therapy, counseling or counseling psychology from an accredited institution
- Must be licensed in Georgia (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, Ed.D, Psy.D, Ph.D) and have completed all coursework for licensure
- Be familiar and sensitive to diverse cultures and ethnicity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities with a diverse set of skills
- Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail
- Knowledge of state requirements that regulate the practice of Mental Health treatment and knowledge of Human Resource practices and procedures
- Must be skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- The ability to learn and adapt to our EHR system is a must but we work with the most user friendly EHR system on the market

Hours per week:
- This will begin part-time but will quickly lead to a full-time role.

Pay:
Up to $120,000 per year
