Front End Team Lead

```Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Front End Team Lead to join our team. As a Front End TL, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, monitoring associates transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Ensure associates:
- Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service at the checkout counter
- Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth store operations

Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven sales experience to promote products and upsell when appropriate
- Ability to work well in a team environment and manage conflicts if they arise
- Training development skills to assist in training new associates
- Leadership qualities to lead by example and motivate the team
- Knowledge of pricing strategies to ensure accurate pricing of products
- Ability to sell and market products effectively

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Proficient computer skills for operating cash registers and other equipment
