We are looking for a full-time days Team Lead-Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team in Bloomington! This role will be 50-75% clinical/patient care and 25%-50% administrative work, mostly supporting the clinical team, addressing clinical policies, etc.

The Team Lead-Behavioral Health Therapist oversees daily operations, patient's care and quality of Behavioral Health services. Participates in establishing the measurements for program outcomes and integration with other outpatient and inpatient services at IU Health and the community. Evaluates program(s), procedures, and establishes or modifies policies as needed. Provides program(s) personnel with direction, assistance, guidance, and resources to ensure that all program standards are met. Provides clinical assessment, individual and group psychotherapy to patients in the Intensive Outpatient Program and in other clinical services, as assigned. Coordinates Master Treatment Plan multidisciplinary meetings for the Intensive Outpatient Program and assures appropriate discharge planning. Collaborates with the appropriate agencies and organizations in the community. Completes reports or documents needed to maintain compliance with all governing and accrediting bodies. Ensures compliance with all applicable quality and accreditation standards within the assigned areas.

  • Master's Degree is required. Must be a Master of Social Work degree from an accredited School of Social Work, Master in Counseling from an accredited School of Counseling, or Master Degree in Psychology from an accredited School of Psychology.
  • Requires state licensure as LCSW, LSW, LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), or LCAC (Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor).
  • Requires 5 years of relevant experience.
