Client Data Maintenance Team Leader
Client Data Maintenance is a team of Associates who are responsible for processing change requests in client accounts across multiple systems. Examples of change requests: name changes, address changes, Powers of Attorney, bank routing numbers etc. The change requests must be processed within a specific time frame that aligns with the regulations that govern their specific industry. A Client Data Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of Client Data Maintenance Associates. This position reports directly to Site Manager with dotted line reporting to the Program Director.
Responsibilities
- Assign daily work to the Associates.
- Manage associate time off and punch change requests.
- Training
- Research and respond to all CDMS-related escalations from the client
- Process client requests changes to their account(s)
- Use multiple company systems and ensure client data is synchronized across all of those systems.
- Confirm that the change request belongs with the CDMS Team
- Process the request following company guidelines.
- Confirm that the change request has been processed correctly
- Research
- Locate customer accounts and contracts in multiple systems using personal identifiers supplied by the customer
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must have at least 2 years of experience managing a team of 3+ associates.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with document imaging, indexing, and/or client data management
- Highly proficient using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word and Power Point)
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Must be able to use multiple screens to navigate multiple systems or windows concurrently
- Must be able to type 55WPM and use 10-key
- Prior experience data entry or administrative services is a plus
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working under a deadline
- It requires 2 hours of overtime on the day immediately following a holiday (unless the Associate has a scheduled day off on that day)
- Voluntary overtime will be requested as needed to meet business needs
