Summary
Student Teaching Assistants will assist Basic Medical Sciences faculty of the School of Podiatric Medicine in labs for the following courses: Histology, Gross Anatomy, Neuroanatomy, Lower Extremity Anatomy and Pod Med. TA 's assist students with their lab and work together to determine a schedule of the lab which they assist. TA 's must read the lab instructions and view the assigned material before lab.

Essential Functions
- Assist students in the instruction of practical skills.
- Assist student groups during lab with any questions about assignment.
- When there are no questions, go among the lab groups pointing out criteria for correct method of performing required skill.
- Proctor lab exams.
- Assist faculty in the preparation of lab material.
- Supervise overall cleanliness of lab.
- Arrange exam tables appropriately prior to lab.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Must be enrolled in the School of Podiatric Medicine as a Senior from the Class of 2024
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in any field of study.
