Required Degree: Bachelor or Masters degree from an accredited institution with experience in early childhood education, elementary education, secondary education, or related field.
Experience:
- Experience teaching in K-12 public schools or other institutions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Teach Introduction to Education (El Ed 200) course for elementary education pre-majors
- Ensure course outcomes meet national and state accreditation requirements
- Meet appropriate dress and conduct standards as required by the University
- Build trusting relationships with university faculty members and BYU students
- Support the University Mission and Aims
- Successful candidate will be expected to teach in-person classes on the BYU/Provo campus, Provo Utah.
