Teacher Assistant

```Duties:```
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational activities and lesson plans
- Provide support and supervision to children in the classroom
- Help create a safe and nurturing learning environment
- Assist with classroom management and behavior guidance
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities and play
- Assist with daily routines such as mealtime, naptime, and toileting
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess children's progress and development

```Skills:```
- Childcare experience, such as babysitting or working in a daycare or preschool setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Strong classroom management skills
- Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children

As a teaching assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the lead teacher in providing a quality educational experience for young learners. Your responsibilities will include assisting with classroom activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children, and promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

This position requires previous childcare experience, knowledge of early childhood education principles, and strong interpersonal skills. The ability to effectively manage a classroom environment is essential. Additionally, having basic first aid knowledge is important for ensuring the safety of the children.
