We are looking for a full-timeInstructional Aide to join our growing team for the 2023-2024 school year. Aides will work with elementary students in theSt. Paul non-public schools.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Must understand that all children can learn. Must demonstrate positive and enthusiastic attitude towards internal and external customers. Must be flexible. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred. Must be available to work during the summer months.
PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Light lifting, walking, climbing stairs. Most programs are in school settings.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Working one-on-one and/or with small groups of students on various academic or SEL activities and skills
- Create lesson plans or activities to be implement with students weekly using Catapult approved curriculums
- Supporting classroom teachers with student behavior or academic needs throughout the day/week
- Serve as a resource to parents and school personnel in locating services within the community to help meet the needs of individual students or families, if requested by principal
- Follow compliance guidelines.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma required.
- College experience and/or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience working with students.
