Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in special education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Valid Texas teaching credential in Special Education.
• Experience working with students with diverse disabilities and exceptionalities.
• Strong knowledge of special education laws, policies, and best practices.
• Ability to develop and implement effective individualized education programs (IEPs).
• Excellent munication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, parents, and a multidisciplinary team.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to establish a supportive and nurturing classroom environment.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and effectively manage time.
• Proficient in using technology and educational software to enhance instruction.
