Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in special education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Valid Texas teaching credential in Special Education.
- Experience working with students with diverse disabilities and exceptionalities.
- Strong knowledge of special education laws, policies, and best practices.
- Ability to develop and implement effective individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, parents, and a multidisciplinary team.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to establish a supportive and nurturing classroom environment.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and effectively manage time.
- Proficient in using technology and educational software to enhance instruction.
