The rapidly expanding team includes more than 700+ highly-skilled tech- and non-technical experts: front- and back-end developers, BA specialists and managers who create, localize and customize applications at 8 offices: in Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Ternopil (Ukraine), Tallinn (Estonia), New Delhi (India) and Bridgewater (NJ, USA).
Responsibilities:
- Support content deployment process to the target system
- The content distribution for the target audience, verification of the content availability
- The content lifecycle management
- Assets/Content Tagging
- Reference management, link references and anchors to claims
- Confirm License Files/Consent Forms are linked (TBD)
- Check source files, approval numbers, supporting documents, components, component usage rights, license files, and viewable rendition (as a part of the Librarian Approval Workflow)
- Quality control and enrichment of metadata within the DAM (Digital Assets Management) system
- Clean-up of materials that have reached the end of their retention period, old drafts, not used materials, duplicates
- Support content deployment process to the target system (manual and automated)
Requirements:
- Medical Education
- Language: English &Japanese fluent
- Tagging taxonomy experienced
- Content Management experience
- Ability to work with the provided layouts and create slides/E-mails/landing pages based on existing templates
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to details
- Understanding of CRM/CLM systems purpose and basics
- Digital tech: asset or content platform experience, with at least two years of experience using an asset management system.
