Tax Scanner - Seasonal

Our firm is seeking a Tax Scanner for our Grand Rapids, MI office. The Tax Scanner will provide support to company personnel, and assist with daily office needs and work needing to be completed.

Responsibilities:

• Retrieve, scan and upload confidential materials into company software system
• Take calls from clients regarding organizer/software issues
• Maintain an organized filling system
• Other tasks may include filing, working with documents in Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat and other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of administrative or clerical experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe
• Working knowledge of office equipment including printers and postage machine
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic accounting knowledge preferred
