```Duties:
- Prepare individual, partnership, and other types of tax returns.
- Take client provided financials and make necessary adjustments
- Research tax laws and regulations to ensure that clients are compliant with the latest tax laws.
- Communicate with clients to gather information necessary for tax return preparation.
- Maintain client confidentiality and ensure the security of sensitive information
- Collaborate with staff members to ensure efficient workflow and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field OR previous experience as a
Tax Preparer OR college student who displays a strong desire to learn and succeed
- Proficient in using tax software (e.g., Drake) and other accounting tools
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to accurately analyze financial data
- Strong math skills, including 10-key typing proficiency
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
