Tax Manager

You’ll be joining a large firm that has the culture, look and feel of a regional firm.

Promotion will be based on merit, not how long you’ve been there for.

The Partners don’t live on their own Island where you’ll never see them. They’ll be invested in you and ensure you get the support you need to grow with the firm.

It’s not a rigid hybrid schedule. You’ll be trusted to get the work done. For example, when it’s all hands to the pump in the run up to a deadline, you’ll be able to work from home, if you prefer. Where possible the team likes to get together on a Tuesday and Thursday.

You’ll be working with a good bunch. Some have joined recently from the likes of BDO, EisnerAmper and Mazars and others have been with the firm for a long time. They do a very good job of retaining their staff and very rarely lose someone to another Public Accounting firm.

You’ll be a trusted advisor to a wide range of real estate and construction clients. You’ll work closely with the Partners to help your clients find creative solutions to their tax and accounting challenges.

You’ll have your CPA and be operating at Manager level for a CPA firm. Ideally, you’ll have had a good number of clients in the real estate space.
