Tax Manager / Senior - Non-Profit (Cpa Firm)

CPA firm seeking a Tax Manager / Tax Senior with Non-Profit expertise.
Responsibilities:
Manage tax compliance, tax provision, and tax advisory services to health-care institutions, higher education institutions, private foundation and exempt organizations
Assist in managing, developing and coaching professional tax staff
Help develop, build and manage client relationships
Participate and actively grow the practice through external marketing and business development activities
Provide timely and outstanding client service exceeding client expectations
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 to 7 years related experience in public accounting focusing on health-care, higher education, and exempt organization tax
CPA certification is required
In-depth experience in managing the preparation of Form 990, Form 990-T and Form 990-PF
Experience with excess benefit transactions, private inurement, unrelated business income tax, alternative investment reporting (federal, foreign, state), affordable care act issues (501(r))and other issues specific to exempt organizations
Experience managing multiple client engagements
